I am a Certified Master Life Coach and a Psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience working with various populations across a range of settings, including Equine Assisted Life Coaching.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Expressive Therapies, post-graduate certifications in Psychotherapy and Life Coaching, and certification in Trauma-Informed Equine Assisted Life Coaching.
